Hot Sauce/Peri Sauce







Ingredients:

Onion, small 1
Big, whole dried red chilies (talhar mirch/Kashmiri mirch) 4
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds, crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander, crushed 1 tbsp
Red chili, crushed 2 tbsp
Lemon juice, 3 tbsp

Method:

Soak chilies over night- then blend all the ingredients together till smooth.
